How to File a Complaint with ISPA
If you have a complaint about Ongoti Tech Solutions' services or believe we have breached the ISPA Code of Conduct, you may lodge a complaint with ISPA using the contact details above.
Complaint Process
- Contact ISPA: Reach out via telephone (010 500 1200) or email (complaints@ispa.org.za)
- Provide Details: Include your name, contact information, and a detailed description of your complaint
- Reference Company: Clearly identify Ongoti Tech Solutions as the subject of your complaint
- Evidence: Attach any relevant documentation or correspondence
- Investigation: ISPA will investigate your complaint and take appropriate action
- Resolution: ISPA will communicate the outcome and any remedial actions taken
