Our ISPA Representation

Ongoti Tech Solutions is a member of the Internet Service Providers' Association of South Africa (ISPA) and is subject to the ISPA Code of Conduct. ISPA serves as our regulatory and industry association representative.

How to File a Complaint with ISPA

If you have a complaint about Ongoti Tech Solutions' services or believe we have breached the ISPA Code of Conduct, you may lodge a complaint with ISPA using the contact details above.

Complaint Process
